Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate Funding

Millard Public Schools, with support from the Foundation, has developed a culture that encourages students to challenge themselves by taking rigorous classes throughout their high school years.  Over the past three years the Foundation has awarded over one million dollars to fund this culture.  The district encourages every student to take at least one AP or IB class.  The Millard Public Schools Foundation provides the funding for the exams.  Millard students take more of these challenging classes than any school district in the state, and they are very successful with outstanding performance as well.
