Upchurch Elementary is wishing for help to fund a beautiful mosaic project to enrich their library's learning environment and provide students with unmatched art experience alongside a local community artist. Creating mosaic art will give students a mode to express their individual creativity and self-expression; improve their fine motor skills; give them a unique way to learn about geometry, symmetry, and measurement; offer them a time to collaboratively solve problems; and allow them the opportunity to explore the history and culture associated with mosaic art.
