Ackerman wants to create a "Recharging Station" in every classroom, stocked with visual timers, breathing cards, fidgets, weighted lap pads, noise-reducing headphones, and calming jars. Students choose the tool that works for them, take a short break, and return to learning calm and ready to focus.
