Rohwer Elementary wants learning to go beyond the pages of a book. Through CKLA (Core Knowledge Language Arts), the district's new reading curriculum, students study history, science, art and cultures around the world.
Your $900 gift gives each grade level $150 to end one of those units with something unforgettable: a guest expert, a hands-on project, a virtual field trip or an interactive demonstration. All 400 students will turn what they read into memories that last.
Project Cost: $900
