When a student is overwhelmed, a few minutes in the right space can change their whole day. Willowdale Elementary is opening a new SMART Break room where students can calm down when they're overexcited or frustrated, or rest when they're sad or tired.
Your $1,000 gift helps fill the room with sensory items, a swing, therapy putty, walking stones, timers and more. It's a space any of Willowdale's 400 students can use to reset and get back to class ready to learn.
Project Cost: $1,000
